After helping customers as a State Farm team member for many years, I knew that I had to become an agent and open my own office if I wanted to be able to provide my specific brand of detail-oriented customer service. Our office located near beautiful downtown Napa, CA consists of myself, Marissa Johnson, with State Farm experience dating back to 2011, and team members Vanessa Montoya, Kieran Cross, and Mika O'Connell.

Vanessa is new to insurance, but comes from a background in retail customer service, so she loves helping people and making recommendations, which will be a great fit for helping customers with insurance coverage selections!

Kieran is also new to insurance, and describes himself as loving people. He is excited to get to know customers and be able to help people in a tangible way.

Mika has been working in insurance for about 4 years. She is not currently licensed, but she helps with billing/payments and may reach out to you with a reminder or to request documents needed to continue your discounts!
