After helping customers as a State Farm team member for many years, I knew that I had to become an agent and open my own office if I wanted to be able to ensure my specific brand of detail-oriented customer service. I pride myself on my comprehensive understanding of insurance and my ability to explain coverage in a thorough yet easy to understand way to customers. My goals are to be knowledgeable, honest, and efficient, and to provide great value in terms of both coverage and customer service. I strive to foster a team that is as capable of meeting these goals, and who are also fun to chat with through the quote process! :)

Our office located near beautiful downtown Napa, CA consists of myself, Marissa Johnson, with State Farm experience dating back to 2011, and team members Roman Mentzer, Syd Bell, Dominic Jones, and Mika O'Connell:

Roman has been with our team for two years now- he is a rockstar! He previously comes from a background in customer service but has taken to the specifics of insurance extremely well. His kindness and patience are unmatched, and customers agree he is an excellent addition to the team. He holds licenses to be able to help with auto, home, renters, business, and life insurance- he is able to do everything Marissa can do!

Syd is coming up on a year with our team, he brings enthusiastic customer service and a big personality, and he continues to learn more every day. He is a wonderful communicator who is excellent at explaining coverage and helping with changes. He is licensed to be able to help with auto, home, renters, and business insurance. He is personable and reliable when it comes to great service on quotes and policy changes, or billing questions.

Dominic is new to the team as of November 2025 but has recently gotten his property and casualty license, so he is learning fast and is more than able to help with change of cars, added cars, address changes, coverage changes and discussions and more! Whatever he can't do, he will get help with and make sure its handled to completion!

Mika has been working in insurance for about 4 years. She is not currently licensed, but she helps with billing/payments and may reach out to you with a payment reminder or to request documents needed to continue your discounts!
